| Warren Terrace, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of First Commercial Realty & Development Company, Inc. in 1988. Graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Eastern Michigan University. He has been involved with the management, leasing, sale and development of commercial retail properties throughout his 30 years in the business.
Specializing in retail tenant representation and urban retail development, He has a vast wealth of knowledge and relationship to assist both landlord and tenant alike.
Mr. Terrace is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Co-Chairman of the Michigan Alliance Program, as well as, a member of the ICSC State Board. He is an active member of Our Lady of Good Council Catholic Church, chaired the Steering Committee that developed a new church and social hall at Beck and M-14 in Plymouth, Michigan.
Married to Julie for over 25 years. They reside in Plymouth, Michigan with their three children Matt, Shannon and Melissa.
